Sashimi of salmon

 

Sashimi of salmon with soy mayonnaise and Carelian Caviar Nordic Royal 

Serves 4

  • 50g Carelian Caviar Nordic Royal
  • 300g Salma salmon
  • 30g Green algae
  • 1 cup Fresh mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

Cut the salmon into long, thin slices and place on four individual plates. Season with salt and pepper and decorate each plate with a caviar egg. Whisk together the mayonnaise and the soy sauce and add a dollop of the mixture to the caviar and garnish with the green algae.
