Carelian Caviar is a new generation of sustainable sturgeon cultivation. Since 2010, we grow the Siberian sturgeon Acipenser baerii. We produce with genuine handcrafted methods a completely natural, environmentally friendly premium caviar with salt as the only additive.
The precious sturgeon caviar is a taste experience beyond the ordinary and makes every occasion extra memorable. When the grains pop against the palate it spreads wonderfully tones of sea and saltiness in the mouth, with a long aftertaste of a pleasant buttery and nutty character. We are now moving the cultivation from its original location in the Finnish lake system to the Åland archipelago world. Here we plan for the development and construction of our future cultivation.
